I bought Shop Owner and it isn't active

On the title screen, open Become the Shop Owner and tap Restore purchase. Use the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with.

Will my shop move to a new phone?

On iPhone and iPad, your shop is kept in iCloud when you're signed in, so it carries on on your new device. On Android, it comes back with Google's device backup if backup is turned on.

How do I start over?

On the title screen, tap Open a new shop. This replaces your current shop, so the game asks you to confirm first.

Ads

Ads only play when you choose to watch one for a bonus, and they're non-personalised. The game never shows an ad on its own.
