How do I restore my purchases?

Open Store (the bag icon on the home page, or the pause menu) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases are one-time and work on all your devices.

What's free and what's in the full game?

Levels 1–30, Endless up to level 100 and the daily challenge are free. The full game unlocks level 31 and up (new worlds keep coming after level 100) and Endless past level 100. Premium tools (speed control and the long aim line) are a separate one-time item you can try free for 5 shots a day. Everything bundles the full game and Premium tools. Coin packs add coins to Endless or Levels.

Is my progress saved? Does it move to a new phone?

Progress is saved after every turn and, when you're signed in to iCloud, synced to your other iPhones and iPads with the same Apple Account, so a new device picks up where you left off. Without iCloud it stays on the device. Purchases are never lost: restore them from the Store.

How do the daily challenge and leaderboards work?

A new board appears every day at your local midnight, the same board for every player. Sign in to Game Center (Settings → Game Center) to post your scores and see the leaderboards from the home page.

Can the game remind me about the daily challenge?

Yes. Open Settings (the gear on the home page), turn on Daily reminder and pick a time. To stop them, turn it off there or in your device's Settings → Notifications → Ricochet. After clearing a daily you can also share your result with Share result.

How are stars earned?

Clear a level in fewer shots for more stars. The level preview shows how many shots each star needs. Using a rescue limits the clear to one star.

There's no sound.

Check the sound button in the game, and make sure the iPhone's silent switch is off. Game sounds follow it.

A level feels too hard.

After 3 tries, the level offers an easier version with weaker bricks (it's worth 1 star). Also try power-ups (you get free ones as you play, and can trade coins for more), flat shots that bounce along the bricks, and Undo. If one level still feels unfair, email us its number. We tune levels from feedback.
